After you complete the interview you should sit down and evaluate your performance. Below is a list of things that you can do to evaluate your performance, and if necessary identify improvements that you should make for your next interview.
Write down as many details as you can remember about the interview.
Note the date by which the interviewer stated they would call you.
Were you on time?
Analyze what you did well and what you could have done better. To be objective, take the employer's perspective when assessing yourself.
Did you perform adequate research?
What questions made you feel uncomfortable?
How was your body posture, mannerisms, and non-verbal communication?
Did you stick to the main facts or did you ramble?
Were you able to cover all relevant information?
How do you now feel about the company and position?
